Our products

Built on one conviction: your knowledge should work for you.

Every StrategicOps product starts from the same principle — AI that works for people, answers to people, and escalates to people. One flagship platform and a family of agentic products, all in active development.

Lumora — the answer engine

Organisations accumulate decades of knowledge — policies, records, precedent, hard-won judgment — and then struggle to use it at the moment of decision. Lumora is built to close that gap: an AI platform trained on an organisation's own knowledge that gives the people who decide clear, grounded answers, in their language, when it matters.

Ask in your language

Questions can be spoken or written, in English or the languages your people actually work in — including Indian languages such as Marathi.

Answers with their sources shown

Every answer is grounded in your organisation's own knowledge and shows where it came from. Grounded and cited — not guessed.

Your knowledge stays yours

Lumora is deployed under your control, on infrastructure you approve, with your data staying where your rules say it stays.

People stay in charge

Lumora informs decisions; it does not make them. Every decision remains with your people, with a complete audit trail behind every answer.

Governed by design. Lumora is being built for organisations that answer for their decisions — aligned with India's DPDP Act, 2023, with data residency on approved infrastructure, role-based access, and a complete audit trail. Governance is the foundation, not a feature.

Agentic AI — Applied HR

Human Resources is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. For decades, organisations have relied on manual processes, fragmented systems, and traditional automation that improves isolated tasks but never transforms the whole workflow. Agentic AI — Applied HR is our research and deployment initiative to change that: intelligent agents that operate as goal-oriented digital collaborators, planning, reasoning, and executing complex HR processes with minimal human intervention.

01

From reactive to goal-oriented

Most AI systems respond to prompts and automate predefined tasks. Agentic AI shifts the paradigm: agents that pursue goals, understand objectives, and create execution plans on their own.

02

Autonomous execution, human escalation

Agents analyse incoming information, determine the next best action, coordinate across systems, and execute — and they escalate to people whenever human judgment is required. AI becomes an operational partner, not just a tool.

03

Whole workflows, not isolated tasks

Traditional automation addresses individual tasks. Agentic AI addresses entire workflows — adapting to changing circumstances across the full employee lifecycle.

Why HR is ready

HR teams manage some of the most complex, people-centric processes in any organisation — coordinating information across systems, stakeholders, and compliance requirements. The pain points are familiar:

  • Lengthy hiring cycles — and manual candidate screening
  • Complex onboarding procedures
  • High volumes of employee inquiries
  • Compliance reporting burdens
  • Limited visibility into workforce trends — and reactive retention strategies

The vision. End-to-end workflow automation across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding · intelligent collaboration with your existing ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms · continuous workforce analytics for proactive decisions · autonomous execution with speed, accuracy, and accountability · a scalable, composable infrastructure where specialised agents work together to support employees and HR teams alike. The objective is not to replace HR professionals — it is to eliminate administrative overhead so they can focus on strategy, engagement, and growth.

Agentic AI — Applied Marketing

Marketing teams run on coordination: campaigns across channels, content through review cycles, leads through follow-up sequences, performance data across a fragmented stack. Traditional automation moves individual pieces; the workflow itself still depends on people stitching everything together. Agentic AI — Applied Marketing brings the same agentic foundation as Applied HR to the marketing function: goal-oriented agents that plan, execute, and adapt across the entire marketing workflow.

01

From campaigns as projects to campaigns as goals

Instead of automating steps, agents take an objective — launch, nurture, convert — build the execution plan, and carry it across channels, adapting as results come in.

02

Autonomous operations, human judgment

Agents run content operations, lead follow-ups, and reporting on their own — and bring decisions on positioning, spend, and brand back to your team where judgment matters.

03

Works with the stack you already have

Agents coordinate across your existing marketing tools — CRM, email, analytics, and content platforms — rather than replacing them.

Why marketing is ready

The marketing function carries the same pattern of complexity that makes HR ready for agentic AI — high volume, many systems, constant coordination:

  • Campaign coordination across channels — each with its own tools and timing
  • Content production bottlenecks — briefs, drafts, reviews, approvals
  • Leads that go cold — follow-up gaps nobody sees until the quarter ends
  • Fragmented performance data — reporting that takes days to assemble
  • Brand and compliance governance — consistency at speed and scale

The vision. Campaign planning and execution handled end to end by coordinated agents · content operations that move from brief to published without bottlenecks · lead nurturing that never lets a follow-up slip · continuous performance analysis feeding the next decision · brand and compliance guardrails built into every agent's behaviour. The objective is not to replace marketers — it is to give them back the time that coordination consumes, so they can focus on strategy, creativity, and customers.
